Highlight ' advanced' and press the Power button. Next in the menu, select ' Yes - Wipe cache'. Select ' Wipe cashe partition' from the menu. Next in the menu, select ' Yes - delete all user data'. From the Recovery mode menu select ' Wipe data / factory reset'. Use the volume buttons to navigate through the menus and use the Power button to make your selections. Recovery mode will appear on the phone screen. Press the Power + Volume up (or Volume Down) (+Home) buttons together for a few seconds. The universal option is to press the following keys.
